Run For Your Life!

For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy”(Psalm 61:3) “The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe”(Proverbs 18:10) Many cry why me Lord? Why do I have to through this? “It’s not fair”
It would be easy to follow Christ if we had no adverse situations tests or trials to go through. If following Jesus was a relaxing stroll through a rose garden, it would be a piece of cake.  But it’s not like that. Just know that whatever comes our way, the Lord has given us what we need to stand, and that He is there with us at all times.   Some may say;  “But I can’t take it” I can do all things through Christ which strenghthenth me(Philipians 4:13) “I am getting weary and feeling faint”  But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.(Isaiah 40:31) God has given us everything we need to stand firm when the storms come.“Wherefore take unto you the whole amour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all to stand”(Ephesians 6:13)  All we have to do is take hold to His word. How do we know if we’ve really taken hold of His word, unless test come? As long as we remember to run into presence of the Lord, we won’t just survive the tests, we’ll overcome them!
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might”(Ephesians 6:10)
